Hi, all the BPM tools are located in the following git repository:
https://github.com/droolsjbpm/jbpm-console-ng
There you can find the sources for the task lists and modify it as you
want. The project is built using Uberfire (GWT + Errai). So you will need
to learn those technologies to work with the source code and add your own
panels.
About this:

Because end users are not good enough in technologies and difficult to
interact with new methods. If it is difficult to remove it can you give me
a way to do some modifications like changing width and heights of each
frames."
I'm not sure to understand what do you want to do, It seems that you want
to have fixed perspectives. And that can be easily achieved with Uberfire,
so it's just matter of hardcoding the heights and widths as you mention..
