Allow to start processes at a fixed due date or at regular intervals.

One possible implementation is to store a StartProcess job after process definition deployment (and ofc deletion of the job after undeployment)
Tricky part will be here which type of expressions will be supported. Cron-like expressions probably will be the best choice.
