From the Monitor tab, browsing to the Events, Venues or Booking tab results in a blank screen. The page is not correctly rendered.

This appears to be due to RequireJS not (re)loading the Backbone router module of TicketMonster when revisiting these views from another page in the site that doesn't use/load the router module.

In the following snippet of code in {{desktop.js}}, the router is not loaded and is null, even though RequireJS was instructed to do so:

{noformat}
// Now we declare all the dependencies
require([
'order!initializer',
'order!router'
], function(){
});
{noformat}

This results in a cascading failure since the router is responsible for displaying the views for #events, #venues etc.

Several approaches exist to resolve this:

* Force MSIE10 to render the page in MSIE9 document mode. This is more or less a stopgap measure.
* Remove the use of the order plugin (order! prefix for the module name) at this location. This seems to resolve the problem.
* Upgrade to RequireJS 2.0 which uses shims to determine module dependencies. On the other hand, this would do away with the order plugin in WFK, since it's usage is no longer recommended in RequireJS 2.0.
This is more or less true, since the order plugin is best used for 'traditional' scripts and not for those using a {{define()}} method to define a module. The [RequireJS 2.0 upgrade guide|https://github.com/jrburke/requirejs/wiki/Upgrading-to-RequireJS-2.0#wiki-shim] provide more details about this.
