Dennis,

I was going to tell this guy about the mock/stub library, but I'm not 
sure if you are ready for people to start looking at it.  Also, I think 
we should move it out of the core module.  Perhaps it's time to give 
static analysis its own module as well.  Thoughts?

not testing the components in the pages...like to test the component 
directly with out accesing the page..
