[jsr-314-open] adding the Serializable interface to DataModel

I agree with Martin here, forcing Serializable on all DataModel implementations could have some strange results in some cases.

I don't think the DataModel interface itself should be serializable
(e.g. a ResultSetDataModel might not be serializable). But the
implementations should be by default.
