[jsr-314-open] wishlists and issue reports

When you are looking for a new feature in JSF, the first step towards
getting it accepted is creating an issue report.

However, sometimes you want to itemize all the features you want to see
(your wishlist) and perhaps provide some more context to them. Red Hat has
done this by creating http://seamframework.org/Documentation/JSF21. If you
have such a page, or you would like to create such a page but host it on the
jcp.org wiki, either way, post it here:
