[jsr-314-open] [ADMIN] java.net hacking after-effects: ChangeLog missing

Great news!

You'll also notice that the image is revision 50, whereas the "current"
version on java.net is 24. Can anyone do better than revision 50? Perhaps we
should tweet this and see if we get any hits there.
