The JCP needs to ensure that everyone subscribing to jsr-314-open is a
JCP member, either individual or corporate.  The following discrepencies
remain.

Somehowe you need to associate your registered account with jcp.org with
a JCP membership.  I've asked the Program Management Office how to do
this, but if someone figures it out, please let us know here.
