Changebars are present.  There is a section in the preface "Changes
between 2.0 Rev a and 2.1", but it is not filled in properly at the
moment.

It will be before the spec is final.

In lieu of that content, the raw CVS log of changes to the spec document
is available at [1].

In particular, I want to draw your attention to the new chapter 11, JSF
XML View Syntax.

I'm still writing the [490-XmlViews] content that deals with
<facelets-processing> right now.
