[keycloak-dev] Demo of SSO, SLO, and OAuth Grant

Ok, I have an end-to-end demo of the token service working.  See here

The code still needs a lot of unit testing and refactoring.  I also need 
to refactor it to work with the latest Picketlink release.  And finally 
refactor the bits out to integrate social login.
