Yes to both

I think we should only add "back to application" link if Referer matches baseUrl to one of the applications in the realm.

For links to other apps in realm it would be nice to make the list of applications available to devs (rest endpoint + support in adapters/sdks) so they can add something similar to their own applications. It would also be nice to have a list of applications under the account management pages so the user can see what applications he can access, maybe including what roles he has for each app.
