[keycloak-dev] OpenShift cartridge ready

Thanks to Corey Daley who's created a WildFly OpenShift cartridge we've now got a Keycloak OpenShift cartridge.

To try it out simply run:

# rhc app create keycloak https://raw.github.com/stianst/openshift-keycloak-cartridge/master/metadata/manifest.yml

Bill, can you get rid of the keycloak-openshift-quickstart and import the openshift-keycloak-cartridge (or give me permissions to the keycloak github organization)?
