[keycloak-dev] need a release?

Having release might be helpful for consultants, who are testing with 
Active Directory, so they can use released Keycloak instead of master.

Currently they are testing Keycloak + Active Directory in their 
environment with KC master and it seems that last issue they had is 
maven related (broken picketlink artifact). Having full released 
distribution might help to avoid those issues though.
