[keycloak-dev] Tables in our Admin UI

I see absolutely no issue with making a table with Angular that follows the
same pattern. We already have the search bit and pagination buttons, so
it's simple to add to that.

We're not using any JS library that's already packaged for Angular. So
either find an alternative or do it manually.
