Works fine here and on Travis. Maybe something Windows specific? Bind
address failure sounds like it's actually the previous test that's not
cleaning up properly rather than ClientInitialAccessTest actually failing.
Maybe try to put an @Ignore on the test that runs before and see if it
works then?
