[keycloak-dev] Error while building Keycloak 1.3.1 sources.

Hi Marek,

Even I am used to build with mvn clean install -DskipTests=true but this
issue happen
only for first time build after extracting sources tarball and empty
.m2/repository.
Once it is built successfully with mvn install*,* after that I can build
with mvn clean install -DskipTests=true every next time.

For maven version surely I will create JIRA as this should mentioned
somewhere because Ubuntu14.04 LTS has very old version of maven in repo
than mvn_3.3.x
