[keycloak-dev] U2F implemetation

Hi Greg,

Sorry for the late response. We'd love a contribution for U2F. You should
start by looking into the new Authenticator SPI (
http://keycloak.github.io/docs/userguide/keycloak-server/html/auth_spi.html
).

First step would be to implement a U2F Authenticator that can replace the
current OTP Authenticator for a realm.

Second step would be to make it possible for users to select which
mechanism they want to use if a realm has multiple available. Not sure how
exactly we'd do this. I can look into this some more.
