[keycloak-dev] Documentation updates

It's a bit confusing, but Keycloak server is still technically a war under
the covers, that's why setting it like that works. I wonder if we could
just rename the war to drop the war extension and then it would just be
"keycloak-server" and we could remove all the talk about war and name
changes.
