[keycloak-dev] Trying to ADD WS-Fed support for both protocol and broker into keycloak

Hello,

This is an excellent idea I'm trying to get one of our dev to help us
for a few month (as we will use this plugin internally). This will
certainly not complete the whole things but it will help :-).

I think we could try to merge everything into the module on the
cloudtrust repository. As stianst said in the PR, they don't know if
they want this support to be included natively within keycloak so, the
module approach is cleaner.

What do you think about it ?

Sebastien

The current version is based off of version 2.3.0. Among new features not present in the original submission is the support for SAML 1.1 tokens which was added to enable older clients.
