[keycloak-dev] add-user-keycloak.bat broken?

I don't have time to look into it right now, but it's not working on my 
Windows box.

Hoping someone touched this recently and might know what the problem 
is?  Biggest clue is that it spits out "null" instead of the usual "file 
created" message.
