[keycloak-dev] Impersonation extention

Hi,

I think we already have this provided by token exchange. See especially 
7.4 and 7.5 here: 
https://www.keycloak.org/docs/latest/securing_apps/index.html#impersonation

Did you look at it? Or is your use-case different?
