[keycloak-user] ERR_INCOMPLETE_CHUNKED_ENCODING

I can verify now this was in fact caused by networking of VirtualBox
provider for Vagrant.  I finally bit the bullet and bought VMWare Fusion
and problems magically gone away.

VirtualBox is evil!
