[keycloak-user] org.keycloak.util.PemUtils.pemToDer Bad Base64 input character decimal

Thank you Bill.

It works nicely by just taking off the realm-public-key parameter from the
json.

I kept maven filtering for both the URL and the application secret which
works too.
