[keycloak-user] Tomcat 7 Adapter download and configuration

All our adapters are documented here http://docs.jboss.org/keycloak/docs/1.0-final/userguide/html/ch07.html. This includes the WildFly and JBoss AS adapters and the JavaScript adapter, but as I said the Tomcat adapter is not an official adapter yet, so there's no documentation for that.
