[keycloak-user] get twitter token

Hello,

I'm working on a node app that uses Twitter social login. The twitter app
that asks for login is able to send direct messages to the followers.

How can I get the twitter tokens from keycloak in order to send direct
messages to followers or read twitter data?

I'm using connect-keycloak

p.s. I've sent a pull request to fix connect-keycloak module to work behind
a proxy.
