[keycloak-user] CXF Keycloak Admin Client

Cool, Thanks for sharing this!

This might be useful to be available in Keycloak OOTB, so admin-client 
can pick either resteasy or CXF (or any other available impl) according 
to what is available. If you want to create JIRA and send PR it will be 
good :-)
