[keycloak-user] CXF Keycloak Admin Client

I wish the JAX-RS JSR would just standardize the proxy stuff that is in 
Resteasy.  They were being stubborn and refused to accept my submission 
for it even though it is a much used feature.  Then we wouldn't have to 
have separate clients for CXF and Resteasy. Somebody could probably pull 
it out of Resteasy and make it generic so it could run on any JAX-RS 
platform.
