[keycloak-user] 2 Keycloak instance using the same DB.

I strongly suggest you at least upgrade to 1.9.8.  Our product is based 
on that and a lot of stability and bug fixes were done in between 1.9.2 
and 1.9.8.  Docs are available for that here:
