[keycloak-user] Assign Role Fails Just After Creating the Role

Ok, I can try and reproduce this if you give me an idea of what exactly 
you are doing?  Are you creating a user too? or assigning role to an 
existing user?

1. fetch user
2. create role
3. assign role

Do this in a bunch of threads at same time?
