[keycloak-user] Keycloak starting before Infinispan jndi ready?

What cache and what version of Keycloak?

The eager flag was removed from the Infinispan subsystem in WF9, so we
added a dependency at the MSC level (WF subsystem stuff) to make sure the
caches are ready before Keycloak starts.
