[keycloak-user] Captive Portal with Keycloak for Wireless Routers

I've got no clue how to setup a captive portal for a wireless network, but
I would imagine you'd need to create a web application that delegates
authentication to Keycloak rather than making Keycloak itself the captive
portal page.
