[keycloak-user] LDAP attributes & caching

"Always Read Value From LDAP" means that attribute is read from LDAP 
instead of from DB. However the cache is still there. You will need to 
disable cache or change it to low value if you want the user updated 
immediately after attribute change in LDAP.
