[keycloak-user] New Event Type

I think that it can't be extended and new EventType can't be added ATM. 
It's enum, not string. Feel free to create JIRA.

Maybe you can workaround by using some event of standard type like LOGIN 
or REGISTER, but add the custom event detail like "subtype" with 
anything you want?
