[keycloak-user] Not before policy in accesstoken uses dash-separator (in json), why?

Hi,

All the other fields are part of OAuth2 or OpenID Connect specification 
. The "not-before-policy" is Keycloak specific extension. Any specific 
issue with dashes in this field?
