[keycloak-user] Required user actions dropdown no longer working for user admin users because of missing select2.css

Hi,
I created a JIRA ticket for this problem:
https://issues.jboss.org/browse/KEYCLOAK-5835
As a workaround we now let our user admins log in with our overall Keycloak admin account. Something we want to avoid if we can of course.
