[keycloak-user] keycloak 3.4.0 - Missing relation

Sorry, I have to ask it: You have set the schema in your standalone.xml to a schema which is not the “public” schema?

Without the last property it works. No doubt about that. 

If I set the schema property the “keycloak” schema gets populated with 91 tables till it exits with the error below.

         <property name="migrationStrategy" value="update"/>

Although I just run a container with KC + PG (v10) and it just boots fine ...

You might be able to set Postgres schema search_path via new-connection-sql property set to "SET search_path TO <your_schema_name>" on Keycloak datasource (untested).
