[keycloak-user] Access Token Timeout behaviour - Changes between Keycloak 2.5.5 and Keycloak 3.4.1

Looks like there was a change!

FYI ... There was a +2 Mins wait time added to sessionIdle timeout in
AuthenticationManager for cross-DC support.
