[keycloak-user] Ability for users to manage their own resources

Btw, I know we can improve that page and that was the initial version we
wanted to push to our community. Please, let us know your ideas that could
improve UX.

There is some work going on with v2 of Account Service that is much neater,
hope to get back to this task soon...
