[keycloak-user] NullPointerException in PolicyResourceService.java token-exchange permissions

Hi Pedro,

thanks a lot for your answer. I upgraded to 4.6.0.Final and added the 
couple of env variables to enable admin fine grained permissions [*].

I don't see those errors anymore \o/
