[keycloak-user] [keycloak-dev] scripts-upload feature

I added the property "keycloak.profile.feature.scripts_upload=enabled"

The other one does not seem to have any effects anymore

Did you enable the `scripts`feature using system property

`-Dkeycloak.profile.feature.scripts=enabled` ?
