[mod_cluster-dev] mod_cluster 1.0.0.CR2 released

This release contains a few bug fixes and adds the ability to manually
disable/enable individual web applications - to facilitate graceful
session draining prior to undeploy.

mod_cluster is a new httpd-based load balancer for use with JBoss AS,
JBoss Web, and Tomcat.
