[mod_cluster-dev] mod_cluster 1.0.0.GA released

This release contains a few bug fixes and adds the ability to use 
mod_proxy_balancer syntax and to define a local multicast address for 
httpd Advertise.

mod_cluster is a new httpd-based load balancer for use with JBoss AS,
JBoss Web, and Tomcat.
