[mod_cluster-dev] Show cluster in mod-cluster-manager ?

How ? If we run a cluster, you'd have to go to the jmx-console of an 
*individual* node and fetch the information. Note that if jmx-console is 
disabled, users won't be able to find out...

It would be much nicer, at least from a mod-cluster perspective, to 
present this information in mod_cluster_manager !
