[mod_cluster-dev] Jira Git workflow + Fisheye

Hi Vlastimil,

We have migrated mod_cluster to Git [1], but we still have old Jira 
workflow, can you please correct it to Git workflow?

Also please fix Fisheye with the new repo, it doesn't seem to get picked 
up now [2].
