Maybe this is an issue with the DtgovWorkflowQuery artifacts. Need to be rechecked. 

For trying this is quite easy. Just install dtgov, s-ramp and seed dtgov. Then some artifacts of type DtgovWorkflowQuery will appear in the S-ramp Artifact List.
