Can you elaborate on how rtgov would access the business information, and also is this information state associated with the process, or communicated in some way with other processes/services?

It would be nice if also there would be integration to extract business information from the process and report it as Custom Activity Types, much like can be done with the Information Processor in SwitchYard, that extract business data from the payload.
