[portletbridge-dev] Project Rename

All,

As part of the rename of projects that currently use JBoss in their name,
JBoss PortletBridge will now be known as PortletBridge.

The main impact to this is that the github urls are now:

https://github.com/portletbridge/portletbridge
https://github.com/portletbridge/pluto-testing
https://github.com/portletbridge/gatein-testing

If I've missed anything or you encounter problems with the rename, please
let me know.
