Ready to stage 4.5.0.Alpha3

Hello all,

Looking at the rapid board [1] all the tasks required for 4.5.0.Alpha3
are complete.  Michal please verify with QE in the morning that the
recently resolved tasks are verified, then go ahead and stage the release.

Good work everyone!  This has shaped up to be a very significant release!
