Starting release process for 4.5.3.Final

Testing of respin is finished. The only issue we found is [RF-13992] collapsiblePanel stops rendering of following components when placed in a4j:region - JBoss Issue Tracker (https://issues.jboss.org/browse/RF-13992) but according to Michal's comment in Jira it's not a bug.

4.5.3.Final is ready to be released.
