I have been inspired by richfaces-svn2git.sh and created new script suite.

This script suite took into consideration that we need to separate certain modules to own repositories.

I also created several scripts with main entry point "run-all.sh" (README included).
"run-all.sh" references other helpers to migrate fetched flat SVN structure to full-blown Git repositories.
